p0300 random misfire

crank sensor relearn was done today and no check engine light has come on. test said i had a miss on 1,2,3,4,6,8. relearn was done and no misfires

The 6.0 has to have major problem with this you have to absolutely do a KAM relearn

The CKP sensor was replaced and thus apparently there was a major correlation problem between the learned variation values stored in the PCM for the original sensor vs. yet unlearned values for the new sensor.

its running great now. no check engine light and no misses.

they did a relearn and half hour test for $46.00

That's good to hear. Money well spent and it looks like they didn't charge for extraneous stuff, either.
