Part ID Help

Would anyone be able to help me identify the location where this part belongs please? I found it laying on the floor of the rear seat area.
2001 Chevy Silverado HD1500 6.0L LT

Besises being a cover for something, it looks like the snap-in tab on the left is broken. I dont know where this cover goes, but thats likely why it fell out of place.
