performance tuner

i have an 06 crewcab sivverado lt z-71 5.3liter and was looking into putting a procomp power pro performance tuner on it. Does anybody have any experience with this and if so what can i expect? Thanks for any info. that can be given.

not this one i like to use hypertech or superchip
