Default Rear Axle Leak

Hi everyone I need some help. I have a 03 2500 hd 4x4 silverado with a rear passenger side axle leak at the back of my rotor. It is for sure differential fluid. From what I've gathered so far there is 2 bearing and 2 seals in the axle for each side. I would like to know if that is right and if so is there any other reason than bad bearings the seal would go because I have had them replaced twice now ( meaning the seals not the bearings ) and it is leaking again. The repairs where done at my Chevy dealership and they did not say any thing about my bearings or wear on the axle. Which is weird because you would think they would've jumped at the chance to replace the bearings. Since the last seals were under warranty and was replaced for free. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

make sure the diff vent is not plugged. if the vent is plugged when the diff heats up, the pressure can't vent and blows the seal. another issue could irregular surface in the axles where the seal meets the axle. rust and wear at this point and everything will flow past the seal. worn bearings creating xs axle play is another.

If I remove these 8 bolts can I pull out the axle without removing the c ring in the differential. I want to inspect the axle. I am also going to clean the diff vent right now thanks for the tip.

it is a full floating axle...there is no c clip. the axles are retained by the bolts.
