Default Replacing my cap and rotor

Hey this is my first post, been reading on here a while decided to ask a question. I'm doing a tune up on my 93 1500 and for some reason I can not seem to get the rotor off. I've done many tune ups but this is my first on a Chevy, is there a trick to getting it off or is it suppose to come off like any other vehicle?

It should come off by pulling straight up. They sometimes get stuck and need a little more pull.
