I'd start with checking the fuse first. Check the fuse panel inside of the cab. When you remove the panel cover it should have a listing of what each fuse is for (i.e. radio, door locks, accessory lighter, etc).

Also make sure nothing has fallen into the port (i.e. coins, paper clips, etc).

If not in the fuse panel inside of the cab, check the fuse panel under the hood (engine compartment). The abbreviation for the cigarette lighter should be something like "cig ltr"

Your under hood panel diagram should look like this.

ok, I found the fuse and replaced it.. thank you!.. I have another question, the lights on the steering wheel, like three or four don't light up, and the light on the climate control passenger side I need to play with it or hit it softly so it can light up. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Glad you got the fuse replaced!

I've never done the lights on the steering wheel. That might pose to be a challenging task. From what I have been told, a lot of things done to the steering wheel (with an airbag) has to be done very carefully or the airbag will deploy due to an electrical short. So taking it to someone that works on them regularly might be the better option.

The climate control panel (from what I can remember when I pulled mine) is a sealed unit. I've read that people have changed the bulbs out....it involved taking the unit apart and soldering the new bulbs in. Some said they did all that work only to find the bulbs were good and the circuit board was bad. So you may want to replace the climate control panel. Check around on the internet for a new one. The stealership price will be much higher, I guarantee it!
