Spark plugs arcing on engine block

I have a 1998 C1500 truck that I just replaced spark plugs, wires, and caps on and I'm still getting one spark plug that is arcing onto the engine block.

Any suggestions?

You might have cut the (plug) boot when installing. Try some electrical tape on it.
