I'm putting a throttle body spacer on and I got it on but my truck is idling at 1000rpms then it'll start stalling out. When I start it up it revs up to about 1500rpms then starts stalling. Any body know what's wrong? And I know you guys don't like throttle body spacers so try and tell me what's wrong besides just saying take it off it doesn't do anything

Now it's not stalling out but it's still on the high idle. I shift down into drive and it idles down and as soon as I press the gas it goes back onto high idle

Did it start doing this after you put on the spacer? Check for vacuum leaks in your installation.

Thanks but I put it on right then had to take it back off for something and I was paying attention when I put it back on the second time and it was one upside down
