Steering Issues/Power Steering
 
I have a 1996 1500 Extended Cab 2 wheel drive 5.7L, that is having power steering issues. Are these known for these issues? I've checked the fluid level and it's fine. It's hard to steer, but not whining or anything. Any suggestions?
