Timing Chain Cover Possible Oil Leak

I have a 2000 Silverado with a 5.3 liter engine with 175,000 miles. I think I have an oil leak at the timing chain cover. My question is if I do have an oil leak at the timing chain cover and have to replace the gasket would it be a good idea to replace the timing chain also do to the mileage. Thx for the replies.

I agree with maxxman04,, Timing chain, water pump and grab the belt(s) also, and check that lower radi hose...

agree with all the above...if you are going to have to take it off and its original might as well...

Easier than doing it 4 times I agree with the rest!

Thx for the replies. I haven't had the chance to clean around the timing chain but I did clean around the oil pan and found a couple of leaks. So if I do find leaks around the timing chain I'll do it all at one time. Has any one changed the timing chain and cover gasket on one of these vehicles. Anyone have any tips? I was thinking of taking the front end off just for ease of access.
