Tires rubbing
I bought a 2012 Silverado with a 4" lift and it had 275/65 bfg all terrains on with a 20" wheel. They rub like crazy despite trimming and within the last few months, the inside half of the drivers front tire is completely bald and down to the threads. It's much worse on the drivers sides than passenger but still rubs on both sides when turning or hitting a bump. I've gotten two alignments since I bought the truck and nothing seems to help. I clearly need a new front left tire but I really don't want to drop the money then have the same problem in a few months.

Welcome to the forum...
May need to look into something to limit the turn radius or possibly a bigger offset for the wheels but that could make the ware worse depending on how much flex you get |
Why don't you go back to the correct size tires and wheels for your truck? You are going to have to replace the tires anyway, plus the speedometer probably doesn't read accurately with the large wheels and tires. Wouldn't that solve all the problems?

The wheel offset must be all wrong. 4 inches should give plenty of room for those tires IMHO.
