i was wondering what can i do to make my 4.3 silverado faster, its got a flowmaster mufler, cold air intake system, and a throttle body spacer, thats about it, what else can i get for it without spending big bucks. will the programer work? and how can i make it go past 97 mph please help anyone??

wouldnt a turbo work. i think you can get one for around 700$. Carbrator change. Or put some headers on it to match your flows. just some ideas for ya.

Now getting a jet engine from an airlines junkyard is going to be a little tricky, but you'll never have to worry about your differential ratio EVER again...

Uhm, could always change it to a V8... go big or go home... haha.. 4.3L use the same 350 rebuild kits. I like the idea of a turbo tho, maybe a twin?
