Default Window motor or what?

I have a 99 1500 z71 with power windows. A week ago i rolled my driver side window down and heard a crack and the window fell a couple inches. If i push the button for the window to go down it pushes the window up and pushes window down if i push the button up. I managed to muscle the window up to where it would stay up. I took the door panel off to maybe figure out it was the motor or the window track and stuff. It did the same thing with the buttons and it'll move about inch and the motor sounds like it just stops. I don't know if its the motor or something else that is making the motor stop. Any advice is much appreciated cause in Louisiana is freaking HOT

Something like that I recommend to buy it new. You don't know what you are getting from the junk yards. It might only last a short time. Another problem is that there are many cheap aftermarket ones that may not last too long either. Don't buy the cheapest one. The junk yards are good for many things, but not everything. Try Ebay.
