1988 Chevy low RPM engine Shudder

I have a 88 chevy 1500 5.7L V8 and idling if you punch the gas the truck shudders pretty bad for about a second then is fine. never shudders when going down the road. Also when parked and idle the engine shudders a little and you can feel a rpm drop then a second later it goes back to normal. happens about every 4 seconds.

(this model doesnt have a tach so sorry but not going to be able to provide excact rpms)

Thanks

sorry we're slow, but I'm (like many) are forced to work to provide for our lil ones and we don't get paid to sit here and diagnose vague runability issues of a vehicle we can't even lay eyes on...

you wanna pay me 20bux an hour I can give you my undivided attention...

best of luck, if you show as much patience with that truck as you do this forum, you'll need it.
