Default 1994 350 TBI oil consumption

How much oil is an acceptable amount in between changes? My dipstick reads about 2 qts low between oil changes. I have no external leaks and it dont really smoke. Just a little white steam/smoke on a cold start.

Well it is a 94, and you can expect that. Your rings are probably worn and you are burning some oil. I wouldn't really worry about it except just keep an eye on it every so often. My old 93 dodge did the same thing at 199,000 and that still ran like a champ.
