I was hoping that someone could tell me why my truck keeps rusting on the Left Side Behind Driver Door (Ext Cab Area)? thank you

Its possible water is getting into body and its collecting atthat point

thanks... that is what I think to... but dont know where it is coming from.
I guess I will clean out the rust and drill a drain hole... and spray some rust protectant inside???
