Default 86 Scottsdale with a 283

Hey guys, I know this I'm probably about to get jumped for having a 283 in an '86 Scottsdale, but I'm just trying to use what i've got already. I've had the the block bored 30 over and crank turned 10-10. right now im looking at 416 heads, i've found the shop i'm gonna buy from but i don't know what options to go with on the heads. any good advice would be awesome!

What I'm looking to find out are:
Pistons to use,
Valve sizes,
Do i need a new intake manifold,
and Which cam should i use

The truck is a 3 speed with granny low, so i know this 283 will be more than enough to push it around easily... just looking to get the motor set up so i can push it around through some of the more treacherous stuff.
