Default Cargo Stop Light 99 Silverado

My cargo brake light "on the cab" does not work. The silverado has realitivly low miles, 61000 and in very good shape. I just got it and discovered the cargo brke lights do not work. I changed the bulbs with no luck. The white cargo lights work fine. The brakes lights on the box work fine. Has anyone had this problem or does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks

Default I checked the fuses

I checked all the fuses, however I did not see a specific fuse for that system. All the fuses seemed to be OK

Default Fuses-meter

I visually checked the fuses on the side of the dash. Checked OK. I am looking for a meter to check power at the bulb. I do know there is power at the light assembly because the white cargo lights work fine.

Default Got it Fixed !

After confirming I had power to the brake light assembly I reliazed that the bulds were not making contact with the brass assembly. Everything was clean and looked new. I wounder if these lights ever did work.I replaced the light assembly and everything works great.
Thanks for the help
