I'm putting together a pictorial how-to article on Avatars soon...
Anyway, you need to go to "User CP" > "Edit Avatar" and then upload your avatar there. You'll need to photoshop an avatar or resize a picture so it will upload it. The parameters should be on the edit avatar page.

Yeah, you could, but thats a lot of headache when you can just splice them to the parking lights and be done.

Yes. They will also come on with your parking lights.

When you hook up your Halo's you will tie into a blue wire and black wire that comes out of your parking light bulb. Just splice into it and make sure you tape them off so they don't short out. The link he sent you was of me asking how to hook them up. Just follow my directions and they will work. Mine look great btw thanks to all the people here. When you turn ur high beams on the beam will be around the headlight that is actually on so you will barely be able to see it thats why i keep my brights off. I would go buy some better bulbs to put in as well, i got blue lights as my dims and my brights are white.
