motor swap

difficulties and problems of 5.3 to 6.0 in 04 1500. would changing rear axle ratio be needed. 3.73 right now.

I don't see why you'd have to swap gears. I've seen plenty of 6.0s with 3.73s.

thats good to hear. the 4l60e tranny would bolt right up to the 6.0 right?

I would think so... But don't go by my word. The computer for a 5.3 wont run a 6.0.
