i have a new body style 2007 1500 ltz. got in it the other day and the check engine light was on. so when i got home i dissconnected the positive battery cable just to see if it would reset or anything. hooked it back up and now the truck wont start. only way to lock or unlock is with the key. lights dont work. radio works. when i first turn the key nothing comes on except check engine light. after a couple seconds all warning lights light up than all go out except seatbelt, check engine, and abs.. also says stabilitrak and traction control off. the gear selection bar shows up but does not show which gear is selected.

anyone have any ideas? im going crazy over this

Never disconnect the positive cable unless the negative is disconnected first. Check all the fuses sounds like you may have blown one or more.

I checked all the fuses under the hood so I'll check the dash fuses when I'm off work today. Thanks
