Getting a U0100 Code No communicationwhat does this mean ?

The best thing I can suggest in this case is to get this code checked out at your local GM dealership's service department. They should be able to troubleshoot the code for you.

this codes sets when the engine computer (ecm) cannot communicate with the transmission computer(tcm).

you will not be able to fix this. take it to the dealer as they are best equipped and trained to deal with this.

you will either have bad wiring, connections or bad ecm or tcm.

if its the computers only the dealer can program them.
