Scratches in windshield after scraping window
 

I have just spent the entire day dealing with my local Chevy Dealer on a subject that should be a no brainer...does glass get scratched when you scrape it using a typical plastic window scraper??? I think not...I bought my 2006 Aveo wiht an extended warranty and all that.

So that is my situation...i take it in, the 'district sales manager' is the one that looks at it and the Customer Relations Manager as well...NOT a mechanic....and decided that nope its not a warranty issue and isn't a defective windshield and even went so far's to say that they dont' know how it got scratched up....even though i told them. so now i'm calling the customer care line and i feel pretty helpless in it all.

any suggestions?

If you cant get it all sorted out with the devil dealers. there is this stuff that works like a fillant that will fill the scratches in kinda like glue.
