Welcome to the forum.
Not many of those on the forum but I'd guess about 8-10 city and 12-15 hwy.
Might try searching the web for what the EPA numbers were. I can guarantee that it won't be any better than that.

I just sold my 2000 2500 with the 6.0 about a month ago. Gearing plays a big part here. I think there were two gears in these trucks, 3.73 and 4.10. I had the 4.10's... Mileage was a consistent 12.5. 3.73's should get you a couple more.
On a more positive note, if you need to tow something, these vehicles are TOWING MONSTERS!
