01 Roof Rack gone - what about the mounting holes?

I just took off my roof rack on my 01', but i'm trying to figure out the fastest and easiest way to seal up the mounting holes. I can't fully trick it out and weld the holes shut, so any simple solution is a good one!!

If you don't ever plan to use the mounting holes again, how about body putty? Get at any auto parts store.

The platic pins with the ridges that were popular to attach plastic fender liners etc will fill the hole and almost sit flat. The nails and fastener section of Lowes carries car fasteners. Put silicone in hole and push the pin in. Very crude but will fit your described need.

You can get silicone gasket sealers (RTV) in about a half dozen different colors. With luck maybe you can get a close match.
