01 silverado 5.3 vortec light flicker
 

I have a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado it has 195,800 miles the charging system is working just fine just checked with volt meter, the problem seems to be when the truck it rocking side to side like hitting a pothole the headlights and dashlights flicker.
