03 Tahoe - 6 disc cd player not working

Had a situation where my battery died so I had to jumpstart it. Since I did that the cd player doesn't work. It has cd's in it but the display continuously say "NO DISCS" and it won't allow me to try to unload or load them. Any ideas?
