07 tahoe topping out at 110mph
Why does my tahoe LTZ 07 top out at 110mph is their anything you could buy to override the computer or something new to this by the way.

It could be because the fastest legal speed limit in the USA is 85 mph. Not to mention that street tires aren't safe at that speed.

Your ride has tires not rated for speeds over 110 MPH. Now if you had a PPV (Pollice Pursuit Vehicle) model you can go as fast as 130 MPH. The PPV models have different size tires (265/60R-17) which are high performance speed rated (H - 130 MPH) versus the civilian models (P265/70R-17). I recently bought a retired Florida State Trooper 2012 Tahoe PPV. Because this model was built for speed, it has a stiffer suspension and is slightly lower than the civilian Tahoe models and so this ride can haul ***. I'm sure there are programmers for your civilian model 07 Tahoe that can increase your speed limiter, but you will need replace your tires with high performance ones that are either H (130 MPH) or V (149 MPH) speed rated.

100 MPH = 160.934 KPH (I am in Canada so I had to convert to get some perspective)
I have to ask though..ARE YOU INSANE???????
You want to go FASTER THAN 180 KPH ???? With a TAHOE ???
Dude, buy yourself a sports car or something.... you're going to kill yourself.
One wrong move and you're rolling that thing....even if you blow a tire.
Get a Tesla, those are practically unflippable.(is that a word?)

The governor is electronic, so yes, it could be programmed out. I'm a little confused, as I thought all the GMT900 trucks were governed to 99 mph. Perhaps the previous owner changed your governor.
I will say, with the proper tires, I've had my Suburban 2500 up to 120 indicated. That's a 6500-lb truck and the front end was getting quite light and squirrely from aerodynamic lift. Since it's the same body as your 2007, and your Tahoe weighs at least 1000 lbs less, I would think anything above 110 would be even more unsettling.
