07 Trailblazer lost 3 & 4 Gear !

07 Trailblazer lost 3 & 4 gear connection after a loud noise when accelerating from a stop. Will grab and work in reverse, 1 & 2 only. In 4/D & 3 nothing.. no grab sounds.. no movement.

Need serious help on this one please.
