16 bolt diff vs 10 bolt

Curious as to what's the difference between the 2. I'm swapping my 07 burb ltz rear end with a 11 Yukon Denali rear. Noticed that the diff for the Yukon is 16 bolt vs my original 10 bolt. And that the yoke where the driveshaft meets the diff has a notch in the part where the ujoint goes. Would there be any issues with it. I already have it bolted up. Just have to install the shaft and brake lines

Wait... Might be a 14 bolt. Didn't really count. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It is a 14 bolt. And I believe it's off of a 2500. Will that be an issue at all? I'm not done yet. Just have to finish doing the e brake lines. But everything bolted right up except the u joint. There's some play in the joint that bolts to the pinion yoke. And I had to remove the c clips so it can slide into place. Will my old pinion yoke off the 1500 fit the new 2500?
