Default 1996 Tahoe - stay or go - need advice

Wanted to get some input on a 1996 Tahoe , LT, 4x4, with 143,000 miles.

Current problems:
1. Vehicle won't shift out of park, all brakes lights are working.
2. ABS light on constantly.
3. Front brake lines are rusted/rotted and now leak to the point they will drain all fluid out.
4. Rough start ; intermittently - will crank but sometimes takes 10-15 seconds to start.
5. Front rims are rusted to the point that tires leaks air.

Overall interior is in good condition. Exterior has rust on frame and under body. Transmission and engine work fine. (transmission was replaced at 98,000 miles)

In the past year I replaced all rear brake lines, new battery, plugs/wires, rotor/cap, starter, battery, and alternator.

Knowing this, would you keep it and possibly invest significantly amount to get it running again, or sell it and move on?
What do you think it's worth?
Kelly Blue Book gives it $1,200 to 1,900 for poor condition, but I think that is too high in this case. At this point I might have to consider selling it to a junkyard.

Any input is appreciated.

I would walk away. Fix this now and next month it will be something else. Sell it for $500-1000

Thanks. That's what my thoughts are too. Any other input? Private party sale or call up junk yards? Keep in mind it's not driveable now, no brakes and won't shift out of park.

Try craigs list for 700. Way more than junk yard will give you.

Sold the Tahoe to a junkyard for $675. Got cash and they picked it up from my driveway. Not bad for something that took about an hour including the time to call them.
Bittersweet.

Nice cash in the pocket and a clear place in the drive way to park something else...
