Default 2003 Tahoe Seat Motor - Which of the 3 Do I Need ?

My seat does not move forward towards the dash except from about 1 inch from the total rear position. I'm going to try to buy a new motor and replace it and see if it fixes it but which of the 3 motors in this diagram do i need ? There is a 'vertical front' and 'vertical rear' motor and then there is a horizontal motor. Does anyone know from experience which of the 3 motors I need to replace ? Would it be the horizontal motor which i would assume works front and back ? here is a pick.

Hello, my 2003 z71 suburban power seats are no longer working. Does anyone know where I can purchase motors 11 and 12 as shown in the diagram?
