2007-10 Tahoe/Suburban Wood trim around radio/HVAC
 

Could anyone explain the process/tools/techniques to remove the wood trim around the radio/NAV/HVAC?

1. get some trim tools, you can always use more tools! ;)

watch for the 'friction lock' bottom center, it can be a pita.

there are 2 or 3 on each side. once you get this piece of the rest is easy.
