2016 Suburban, USB ports not working?

2016 Suburban, USB ports not working?
I've tried about 2 different USB cables and a couple different devices in random USB ports in my burban but it seems like it will just charge for a second or two and then stop. Should I just take it in for them to look into it or keep trying to test it? Has anyone else had this issue? I haven't even had it a full week yet!
