Default '96 Suburban Overhauling Proyect

So, my grandpa owns a 1996 suburban with 70k original miles on it, It is in good shape but im not so sure if he did constant oil changes or anything.

Anyway, he wants to pass it over to me, so im going to overhaul the drivetrain, but i want to be sure to do the maintenance right

-Which would be the best Engine Oil? (350, Idk if it is a L05 or a L31)

-Do i use synthetic Oil? (a friend of mine put synthetic oil in his 1999 Durango, and it cleaned the inside of the engine so well that the reamins got stuck on the oil filter, and the engine got screwed)

-If i use synthetic Oil, what do i do to to avoid engine damage like my friend?

-What do I do for Transmission Maintenance? (4L60E)

-Which Coolant would be the best?

-What Oil do i use for the Differential?

Thanks a lot guys! Ill leave some pics here
