wheel size for tahoe?

1998 tahoe. stock is 16" wheel. have heard that 15" will NOT fit. true or not? can i fit a 15" wheel?

i know a 98 Silverado 1500 will fit a 15" wheel. I would think its the same brake size and all.

that's my wonder. i know 2wd will fit, but i've heard because of the brakes on 4wd, 15" won't fit. like you tho, it seems that i've had, and seen, 15" on the trucks.

I know I've seen 15 inch wheels on 4wd burbans, many different 90s models.
