Another 95 Tahoe AC/Heater Noise

I was driving the 95 Tahoe today and noticed something: the "vents" (?) under the dash that open and close when you change from defrost or one of the other vent settings are makings sounds like they are opening and closing. The AC or heater was not on. It isn't a loud noisebut you can notice it. Is this something to worry about?

It is the diverter door redirecting the airflow, this is a normal sound.

Is it a normal sound if it keeps doing it repeatedly while you're driving?
