anti theft issues

So my truck has been having issues with the anti theft system. Often times it will not allow me to even start the car as passlock will activate and cut the fuel supply. I thought it was my battery and bought a brand new interstate which worked great for about 15 mins then unknown driver flashed on the dash and all electric windows and locks along with radio cut out. Today the anti theft went crazy again however i wiggled some wires around underneath the driver seat which log into the computer located a couple inches back. The truck returned to normal. I live on the coast and most likely the wires/connections have corroded. If you have had similar problems try some electrical contact cleaner and hopefully problems solved and money saved! :)

I also recommend some thick parking bollards in order for your trucks! Got mine at firstchoicebollards.com.au
