Anyone with 2500 Suburban, please help!!
 

If anyone can help answer this before I make the purchase, I would really appreciate it. The tires shops dont seem to know squat about it.

I have an 07 4wd suburban with stock 16's on it. I want to change the wheels to 20's with a 285/55 R20 tire. Will they rub, especially when I am towing my travel trailer? Its about 7K lbs.

This might help you out, didnt read into too much, but it should cover what your looking for.

If your 20" wheels have the stock offset (+31mm), then probably have no or minor rubbing which a heat gun reshaping of the fender liner will alleviate. The offset and width is important.

Thanks for the info! I will check into that, I didnt realize the trick with a heat gun, great idea. I also heard that if you adjust the torsion bars slightly, it will help.

NBS doesn't have torsion bars.

Are you sure the NBS 2500 4wd doesnt have torsion bars?

Now that you mention it, no I'm not but you have the truck. Look under it and see and let us know. I'm curious now.
