Bluetooth 2004 Tahoe
 

Hello All,

I have a 2004 Tahoe that I bought used. I would like to be able to talk on my cell phone using bluetooth in the truck. The onstar service is no longer active. Do I need onstar to use the bluetooth? Any tips on how I can set up the bluetooth in my stock 2004 tahoe LT? I can't seem to figure it out.

I think the truck is to old for Bluetooth. It has the ability to tie Onstar to your cell phone number (I think you had to have Verizon). I also think this has to be done though the phone company or Onstar as you can not do it yourself.

There might be an aftermarket module you could get.

Did anyone find out if you can Blue Tooth your phone with the 04 Tahoe? and also if they make an aftermarket device to connect it.

I tried to activate my OnStar and it will never connect. Weird ???
