There is an option for vertain 2009 models to hve the blue tooth option added to the vehicle. And before you ask, no they will not be backwards compatible inot older vehicles.

I have been installing aftermarket parrot bluetooth kits. They work really well, and if installed right, will come through the factory speakers, and mute the radio when a call comes in

Here is a popular one that people usually get

get a good quality bluetooth piece such as motorola, parrot, ego, etc...... and use cell-site interface. This will retain all onstar, radio functions, and will allow the bluetooth device to mute the radio and play the audio through ALL speakers. I use this and its works well.

What about the Delphi Bluetooth Connectivity Device? It reads as you can just plug it in.

I heard that GM Accessories is working on a Bluetooth kit for the early NBS truck.

I have an "07 Silverado NBS LTX (same interior as Tahoe, Suburban) with DVD, Nav, etc. but no reverse camera. Is there not ANYTHING available to just plug into my factory deck that will add bluetooth for my cellphone that will let the calls show up on the display? I can't believe AC Delco or GM doesn't have any products that can be installed (behind the dash) that will interface with the factory system to play through the speakers, show calls on the monitor, and use the existing built-in ONstar mic to make it like a factory option. Are theytoo married to OnStar?

cell-site: http://www.cell-site.com/?p=11

as far as displaying text onto the factory nav unit, it will require some type of override device plus a bluetooth piece that has a video output. However nothing that will allow touch control thru the factory Nav.
