Bose Audio Wiring Diagram

I have a 2003 Z-71 Tahoe equipped with the Bose Audio System. I'm desperately trying to add an additional amplifier for a sub box. I need the wiring diagram from the head unit. The plug I have has slots A-1 thru A-12, and B-1 thru B-12. Can any one help me please........

If you go into the center console, you already have 2 subs there. If your amp has a high level input, all you need to do is wire a couple speaker leads to the sub wiring, and run them to the amp. If you don't have a high level input, you can use a converter to change the high level signal to a low level signal that you may connect RCA's to.

The left sub is
Lt Grn\Blk(-)
DkBlu\Wht(+)

The right is
Dk Grn (+)
Lt Blu\Blk(-)

This may be a solution to your problem. I will be using this when adding a amp & subs to my LTZ.

I found the amp, I think the speaker wire colors you gave me are indicated on the the passenger side plug in. I really need the amp turn on wire color as well please.

If you do not have RPO code Y91(check the glove box), you can get the amp turn on wire at the radio, in a gray connector, pink wire, pin B3, or at the amplifier itself in the bigger of the 2 gray connectors, pink wire, pin B11.
If you do have RPO code Y91, then the radio and amplifier turn on via data, so your best bet is to go to the ign switch

I have a 2005 Suburban with Bose audio with the touchscreen head unit. How do I either wire in an amp or replace the factory head unit with an aftermarket stereo? I cant find any kind of wiring adapters for it.

Welcome to the forum.
