I did check the indicator and its not bent...it is squeaking from both sides...i just bought it in november and it was fine...i changed the brakes initially in feb bc it started to squeal whenever I applied the brakes...ever since then and 3 sets of new pads and rotors being turned twice later it still squeals. I will put it on jack stands answer spin to see if I hear anything...i did try using non_ceramic pads and it stil squeals

Where are you buying your brake parts? Maybe try a different store/brand. When you first changed the pads, how bad did the old pads look?

What about the shims?? Not sure if the OEM pads have them or not for I have not had to replace the pads on my Tahoe. Every brake job that I have done in the past on different cars/trucks all had shims. Did you clean, lube (caliper grease is what I use) and reuse (if not damaged) on the new pads??
