Default GMT800 5,3 Flex fuel vs Gas

Hello, I've found 2 trucks ('02 Suburban and '01 Tahoe) and I'm interested in buying one of them. Both of them are powered with 5.3 Vortec engines, but Suburban has a flex fuel engine and Tahoe has a gas engine. I wonder if there is any significant technical difference between them. Are they both the same reliable? Any specific, expensive parts for a flex fuel engine? E85 fuel is unavailable in Poland, so I'll be using only regular gas. Any clues will be helpful for me.

Regards, MC

Flex fuel has an alcohol content sensor in the fuel line to let the PCM know what it it is burning. Other than fully stainless fuel line and the sensor in the Flex fuel there is no difference in the engines.
My '11 flex fuel engine runs just fine on E0, straight gas or E10 here in the states. Flex fuel just give you the option to use any ethanol blend from E0 to E85.
