Heated Seat not working - Help
Hello there! I'm new here and hoping I can get some answers. We have a 2010 Suburban and are having some issues with the heated seats. The drivers side works but doesn't get as warm as I think it should, the passenger side doesn't work at all. The light comes on and stays on but it doesn't warm up. The cool button works the same way for both seats...not sure if that's all related. The drivers side middle row heater doesn't heat up but the passenger side does...we have a bench in the middle. Our regular mechanic gave me a code of B2425 that far as I can tell relates to the seats. I would like to avoid taking it to the dealer just to save money. We have a friend who is good with vehicles and if I can figure out what needs to be replaced I'm sure he can do it.
Thanks so much in advance for the help...and let me know if you need any more info.

Thanks...guess that wasn't the code I was thinking of then. My regular mechanic doesn't work on this stuff and we don't have money to take it to the dealer. Thanks anyway though. Have a wonderful day!

seat back or seat cushion or both not working? for the seat that isn't working. find the connector to the heated seat element. disconnect the connector and ohm check the 2 pins. if its open, you need a new seat element.

Front drivers seat: back works great, seat gets warm but not hot
Front passenger: light turns on but no heat at all
Back drivers side: light comes on and then shuts off a min later and no heat at all
Back passenger side: works fine no problems
Is the connector under the seat I'm assuming? I'll have someone check for me.
Thanks
