install a magnaflow muffler in Tahoe/Suburan '08 or newer
 

Have any of you installed a magnaflow muffler and/or cat back system in a '08 or newer Tahoe/ Suburban ? I've got 08 suburban 2500 4x4 and have been doing a lot of research, but 1st hand accounts have been elusive....
obviously interested in performance changes, drone issues, installation issues, etc...

I've been in trucks with magnaflow on em and they didn't drone, but it has a truck bed instead of a cabin. The guy my bro talked to at a few exhaust shops bout a magnaflow on his 01 tahoe said it'd drone like a SOB in the cabin. But I have no first hand experience with it actually on a tahoe or suburban

I had a custom fabbed cat back built on my 07 that includes 3" SS all the way to the turn down style tail pipe. I eliminated the the resonator as well. No drone and it sounds very nice IMHO. I've had a couple of guys at the boat ramp say it sounds good as well. Pretty much the same as my buds Denali w/6.2, maybe just a bit deeper.
