Default Just bought a used 2015 Suburban and key fobs don't work after replacing batteries

I still get "remote not detected" error. It will still allow me to start the vehicle somehow but sometimes it tells me to put the remote into the tray thing in the console. The Lock, Unlock, Rear Hatch Open, Remote Start buttons on the remote... none of that works.

I have googled but cannot find anything that seems to help. Problem is exactly the same before and after changing the batteries. I bought it from Carvana and I will call them tomorrow but just wanted to see if I could get any answers here tonight. Thanks.
