NO air from vents

Hello to all. My first time posting hope you guys can help me out. I have a 02 Z71 tahoe I have no air coming out of the vents. Air seems to come out of the defroster section of the dash. Nothing out the vents and nothing out of the foot area. I changed the climate control twice with the same results. Thanx in advance.

I had a similar situation on a previous Tahoe only to find that a small plastic bag had been sucked into the air line from the interior that prevented circulation in the front area.

How would I check that. I thought it might be some kind of relay or fuse.
