OBD power missing on 2008 Suburban

I am having trouble with charging issue and read on forum about checking for OBD codes. I plugged in my reader and do not get power to it. I know the reader is good.

Looking into this power issue, I saw that OBD is tied to aux power but I can not find the fuse. I do have a weird problem with one of my aux ports. On the front center console, the right plug works but not the left. The rear ports work.

My question, which fuse and where is it located that controls the OBD/aux power? Is it under the hood or on the side of the dash when you open the door? Anybody got a number? I ran multimeter to each fuse and all fuses seem to be good, especially the ones that are labeled as 'aux pwr' (i get 12v on both sides of the fuse).

I think it's the cigarette lighter fuse.

edit: After re-reading your post, I see that your lighter socket isn't working. Check that fuse.
