OEM Mud Flaps

I have an 07 Suburban with the power running boards and want to get the OEM molded mud guards because my trucks body molding takes a beating with dirt. I'M told that you cannot put the guards on the front because of the power running boards, however I can put them on the rear. Will my truck look goofy with just a rear set on it?

That depends on your idea of "goofy".

My idea of "goofy" is a bunch of rock-chips in the paint.
I had an 04 Tahoe with the OEM flaps on only the rear and it looked righteous!

I ran just the rears for quite a while as I was deciding if I was going to keep the GM flaps. It looked ok that way. I know mines not white but let me see if I have a pic...
With the power boards your lower area is probably more open but heres what I have.

Is there a particular reason the front flaps wont work with power boards? The factory flaps are cut out around the front perimeter of the running boards. If the running boards are the same shape. I cant imagine why they wouldnt work. What about using a non custom (plain'o) flat surface mud flap that attaches to the face of the fender opening?

The front flaps are designed to be attached to the boards. You drill two holes and put screws from the flaps into the front edge of the boards. I'm also not sure the power boards are the same shape. If so maybe you could skip the screws. Might even have to trim a little more space

How about a pic of the boards in the up and down position?

I was going to suggest the "contoured" flaps as well. Instead of or in combination with the molded.

Sounds about right. I took a close-up of the cutout for the front of the boards. Anything is better than rock chips, salt spray, blah, blah, blah.
